My very first visit. Curb appeal was above average (no visible trash-very clean throughout). Scheduling vs actual time line at the service department was accurate. Only recommendation is have the lot folks ensure there are no spider webs between the vehicles as we daydream on the lot. 😉

Service center was great, went to showroom to discuss new vehicle, Finance is another story. I met with Perry who I was told was the finance manager. He was the most hostile individual I’ve ever met. I am sure his story will be much different, but you need to ask the ladies at the front desk. Very disappointed

Billy did an outstanding job! He made the transaction as easy as possible even though I changed vehicles on him mid deal. He has followed up with me to make sure everything is going well with the vehicle and to answer any questions. I am on a verity tight time schedule so he handled a lot of things over the phone for me cutting my dealership time down to a couple of hours. Great experience!
