Amazing service writer, see Jana Weatherspoon for all your service needs. She got me back on the road again ahead of the place I bought the truck from! She's getting all of our service business after the truck left me high and dry on the side of the road after the fuel pump control module went out on me! Chevrolet has an ongoing problem with that particular module and they have been replacing them as a defective part. I called my dealer as it happened on a Saturday. They were still open, but were closing in 20 minutes. I told the guy that answered in service what had happened. He didn't even ask my name or phone number and asked me to call back Monday morning!!! I left a message with the Donaldson Service right after. They were closed on Saturday, but Jana called me the first thing right after they opened on Monday morning! She told me what I needed to do and BAM!!! I had my truck in the service department and out by 1:30pm!!!

I originally went to another dealer in Beaumont and I walked in, told the guys exactly what I wanted and that if they could find it, I would buy it. I left and gave them four days where they only communicated with me if I called them to inquire about progress. It was as if they weren't interested in helping me at all. Meanwhile, my friend John called Justin Palermo at Donalson and within 24 hours he had found the car I wanted and had a dealer trade lined up with the dealer that had it for me. (I believe it was a trade, not sure). Either way, Justin got me EXACTLY what I wanted and then I had the pleasure of working with Charlie, who has been an absolute doll. Even Keenan in the financing was a pleasure. I am just so happy all around with everything.

Recently scheduled a last minute appointment to have my oil changed. Called on Friday and got an appointment for Saturday morning. My oil was changed and an electronic recall was rectified. Thought my tires would be rotated but failed to realize they do not rotate dual wheel vehicles. For customers purchasing dually vehicles, make arrangements to have them rotated elsewhere. All in all, this is a nice place to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Jewel my service advisor was great, worked with my insurance company and the claims adjustors and took care of a problem with my vehicle after I picked it up. Jewel kept me informed about the status of my repairs during the work, I appreciate the good service of her and the mechanics, my truck is running great now.
